There are four continuous casting machines in our facility.

In our casting lines, 1XXX, 3XXX, 5XXX, 8XXX series alloys can be cast up to 1600 mm width. In 2019, with the commissioning of our 4th casting line, our plate plant reached a capacity of 40,000 tonnes as cast rolls and 30,000 tonnes as final products.

In our Cold Rolling Machine, flat and slatted products up to 1600 mm width can be rolled.

are three types.

Our products can be rolled with automatic thickness control in the range of 6,00 mm-0,18 mm final thickness in line with customer demands.

The press power in our cold rolling mill is 1800 tonnes.

There are three annealing furnaces in our plant. Depending on the area of use of the final product, recrystallisation, recovery and homogenisation anneals are performed.

Deep drawable products can be produced with homogenous annealing.

The final products (0.20 mm-3.00 mm) are surface cleaned in the Washing, Rinsing-Tensioning Line and brought to ideal smoothness by means of tension rollers.

For products up to 0.30 mm-1.75 mm thickness and 1500 mm width, classic embossing or diamond embossing pattern can be applied according to customer request.

According to customer request, the surface can be completely oil-free, low oil or oiled.

There are two slitting lines in our plant.

• Thin Slitting
  Products with thicknesses between 0.30 mm-1.50 mm can be slitted up to 30 mm width.
• Thick Slitting
  Rolls with thicknesses between 1.00 mm-6.00 mm can be slitted up to a width of 200 mm.
  Foil can also be coated on this line upon customer request.

There are two cut to length lines in our plant.

In our aluminium cut-to-length machine in roll form, it can be cut as sheet plate up to 6000 mm length according to customer demands by passing through the straightening group rollers. According to the request of our customers, foil-coated or inter-papered sheet plates can be cut.

In our 1000 m2 state-of-the-art plate perforating line, we produce plate rolls and plate sheets in 1xxx, 3xxx, and 5xxx alloys in desired hole diameters and dimensions, widths between 500 mm and 1500 mm and thicknesses of 0.5-4 mm. Our two existing presses of 300 and 400 tonnes have fully automatic cut-to-length, straightening and roll winding lines.

With an average monthly production capacity of 120,000 metres, we supply first class products to 70% of the European sound insulation wall sector.

Aluminium discs are coated with teflon or enamel and used in kitchenware production, and eared discs are used in the kitchenware sector such as stainless steel teapots or pots to make the heat conduction perfect at the base. We meet the demands of our customers with our wide mould inventory.
